By accessing and using TargetInsure's website, services, and insurance products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). TargetInsure provides comprehensive insurance brokerage and advisory services, including but not limited to:

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. When creating an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Insurance Policies and Coverage

TargetInsure acts as an intermediary between customers and insurance carriers. All insurance policies are underwritten by licensed insurance companies, not by TargetInsure. The terms, conditions, coverage limits, and exclusions of your insurance policy are governed by the specific policy documents issued by your insurance carrier.

Policy Information Accuracy

You acknowledge that the accuracy of quotes and policy terms depends on the information you provide. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in claim denials, policy cancellation, or other adverse consequences as determined by the insurance carrier.

Payment Terms and Billing

Insurance premiums are paid directly to the insurance carrier or their authorized payment processor. TargetInsure may collect service fees as disclosed during the quote or application process. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your policy documents.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are determined by individual insurance carriers and are outlined in your policy documents. TargetInsure service fees may be non-refundable depending on the services provided and timing of cancellation.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitations of Liability

TargetInsure's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TargetInsure, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
